Founded in 2020, Morested Ltd is an independent RICS Registered Building Consultancy, offering surveying and project management services within the commercial property sectors.
The team has extensive experience within the industrial, logistics, healthcare and commercial sectors.
We specialise in commercial real estate and construction projects and have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and survey programmes with great success.
We focus on great communication and a proactive mindset, alongside a strong commercial approach. With an aim to improve the built environment around us using sustainable practices and creating social value.

Sam is the founder and Director of Morested Ltd. Sam is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager, with experience working in the private, commercial, and public sectors.
Sam has a pragmatic outlook on projects and aims to inspire contractors, design teams and clients to really get the most out of opportunities on projects. Sam has completed many projects for clients which were previously seen as unviable, with great success.
With experience of large programmes of work, new build industrial developments and complex healthcare refurbishments, Sam is well placed to advise on strategy and value.
When Sam is not helping clients with their property assets he spends time training for the next challenge, which for the last few years has been completing ironman triathlons having recently completed IM Wales, Copenhagen and a 10km swim for charity. Sam also enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Tom is a Chartered Building Surveyor, and a Director at Morested Ltd. Tom has a wide range of experience in both project delivery and surveying services across number of commercial sectors such as industrial logistics, hotels and leisure, healthcare, offices and public sector.
Tom provides Project Management, Employers Agent and Contract Administration roles throughout all RIBA, project lifecycle stages and procurement routes. His knowledge of the JCT suite of contractors assists in the successful delivery of a wide range of projects.
In addition, Tom provides a range of professional surveys and services such as Technical Due Diligence, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Building Pathology and Defect Diagnosis, Dilapidations and Condition Surveys.
In his free time, Tom is a keen tennis player and enjoys going to the gym.
