Project Management

Building Surveying

Technical Due Diligence is a key risk management technique to safeguard owners, investors and occupiers of commercial real estate. We ensure we understand the specific requirements prior to undertaking our surveys to ensure we have the right team on board and can provided a bespoke approach. It is important these surveys are undertaken by qualified and competent Chartered Building Surveyors and Engineers. We apply the latest RICS guidance to ensure best practice with our reporting.

We aim to be on site within 5 days of instruction, with an initial summary red flag report turned around within 48 hours and the final report following shortly after.
