Project Management and Cost Management

Morested were appointed to undertake project and cost management roles for a number of sites, refurbishing large portions of bedroom, ensuite and toilet facilities.

The project was challenging working within live healthcare environments, managing an extended number of internal stakeholders and ensuring the project was delivered on time and budget.

Morested undertook regular inspections and site visits including the issuance of project dashboards to ensure the client had regular progress reporting, including highlighting key risks, completed activities, forthcoming activities and current status of action items.
