Starbucks Drive-Through

Morested acted as Project Managers and Contract Administrators for, the construction of a new drive-through unit, next to the sea. Our role included drafting all contract documentation, negotiating with the contractors and obtaining collateral warranties and ensuring the development was constructed in line with the employers requirements.
