Morested were tasked with helping BMI Healthcare to prove build a new MRI facility, along with cannulation bay, WC/ changing and sub reception.

Our role included producing the Employers requirements, undertaking surveys and investigations and managing the scheme from feasibility to handover. Whilst the works were underway we oversaw a hospital electrical capacity upgrade, doubling the capacity of the electrical supply including a new supply and transformer without any shut down of key services, this required extensive planning and management.

Works were completed during the Covid pandemic, within a live hospital environment, to budget and without disruption.
